excellent beds great comfort varied food helpful staff
The rooms have excellent beds, promising great comfort . Food options are varied, and the breakfast included a large selection. Elisa was very helpful with all requests, completing every task asked in a professional manner. The hotel's location offers convenient access to Dublin via local transport.
The pool lacked a shallow area suitable for smaller kids, but there was a dedicated baby pool.

some issues with service and facilities
broken air conditioning indifferent staff
the air conditioning didn't work properly. it took hours for the room to cool down, made sleeping uncomfortable. also, some staff seemed indifferent. i asked about the cheesecake and had to ask again 20 minutes later because nobody knew what they were serving. it felt really frustrating.

the family room had two rooms! one room was for the kids with two double beds and a sensory area. the other room was for the parents. breakfast in the bar was lovely.
check-in experienced a hiccup because i was given an occupied room.

comfortable bed spacious bathroom inviting area free parking
the hotel was very clean and well kept. my room included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom (i appreciated the extra toiletries). i found the reception area inviting and well-decorated. free parking was available, a convenience since i had a rental car.
the corridor had a slightly unpleasant smell, although my room itself was fine.

our family used the pool.. it was a relaxing experience after visiting emerald park. dinner in the hotel was also good. the kids enjoyed the evening entertainment provided. the pool was clean and offered a great way to unwind.
the bathroom fan wasn't working, impacting the room's ventilation slightly.

ample space dinner service helpful event manager
The boyle suite was booked by us. It provided ample space for our thirty guests! dinner service was amazing. the event manager, oliver, was helpful. He answered every question promptly via email. i will suggest this hotel to friends and family for future functions.
Check-in had a bit of a snag. I was initially assigned an occupied room! besides that, everything went mostly well.
